Test Method
Purity. Examine by liquid chromatography.

Blank Solution:Use diluent Acetonitrile as blank solution.

Test solution (Fresh preparation NMT 15 min, and keep the solution from light and heat, better at low temperature media for testing)

Dissolve 20.0 mg around of the sample to be examined in 20.0ml of Acetonitrile, and then mix it well (1.0mg/ml, if the sample is limited, the testing solution can be made through 2-5 mg inside of 2-5 ml of solvents for the same concentration).

use The chromatographic procedure may be carried out using:

Column: Dikma column C18, 4.6mm ×250mm (5 µm)

Temperature : Room Temperature.

As detector a spectrophotometer set at 265 nm.

Mobile Phase: Acetonitrile : water =950:50(V/V).

Flow Rate: 1.0ml/min

Injection volume: 20µl

Procedure:

Inject  20µl of the test solution into the chromatograph, record peaks responses in chromatograms, and continue the chromatography for twice the retention time of the principle peak.
